Nintendo Channel

I'm a HUGE Nintendo fan (if you didn't know that already). I wear Zelda and Mario t-shirts a lot and I even have a Zelda tattoo. So naturally, I love just about all things Nintendo. Today, Nintendo released a brand new update to their "Nintendo Channel" on the Nintendo Wii Console. The Nintendo Channel is a platform that Nintendo uses to announce upcoming titles, show new trailers, and show developer spots of upcoming games. In today's update, they gave the channel a new look as well as some new features.
The old version looked like this.

The new version looks like this. Some of the new features include a better search function to find games you are interested in as well as a new recommendation system where players rank games so you can find the top ranked games and download them if they are Virtual Console or WiiWare titles. They also added some new content, a show called Nintendo Week. In the show, they plug new titles as well as have interviews with developers and demos of new games. I think this is a very well designed new system. The new look is much easier to navigate than the old look and the new features allow much more interaction. You can also choose to view videos in a higher resolution if your internet and tv will allow it. Its a great new way to learn about new games that are coming out.
